Ribbons.jpgShabab Yemeni is pleased to introduce to you the winners of our first contest, Let Your Creativity Speak!  (LYCS!).  Two of the winners, Ulfat Alasbahi and Nabeel Salah who have submitted their entries in Arabic will be featured in the SY-Arabic July 2007 issue. 

We thank everyone who participated in the contest.  The winners of the Photo Contest were selected by the readers and Contest Committee of Shabab Yemeni.  The winners of the Article Contest were selected by the Contest Committee of Shabab Yemeni.

The point of the study was to understand the process of designing a research, learn how to collect the data, analyze and interpret the results, and finalize a report to elucidate the experience of the hands-on fieldwork.

yemenFlag.gifDuring this July, I’ll finish 25 years of life. When I was born back in 1982 the estimated lifetime for an individual was around 49 years of age. Although this may be a meaningless statistic for many, statistically speaking, my life is half over.
